Important Details

  • 1 table & 2 chairs provided to each club
  • No Food or drinks Allowed
  • Amplification : can only be played between 12:00pm - 1:00pm
  • No-Show Fee: Clubs must check in no later than 9:45 AM. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your spot and a $50 no-show fee

How it Works

  • Register your club for the fair
  • ASUA Clubs will email you when registration closes with confirmation and details.
  • A list of clubs participating will be linked below with a map of their assigned locations
  • Get Ready to Show Off Your Club!
