Important Details

  • The event will be held from 10am-1:30pm on the UA Mall. 
  • 1 table & 2 chairs provided to each club or organization
  • No Food or drinks Allowed
  • Amplification : can only be played between 12:00pm - 1:00pm
  • No-Show Fee: Clubs must check in no later than 9:45 AM. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your spot and a $50 no-show fee

How it Works

  • Register your club for the fair in Campus Groups when the registration form opens. 
  • The clubs and organizations team will email you when registration closes with confirmation and details. A list of clubs participating with a map of their assigned locations will be provided. 
  • Get ready to show off your club or organization!

Social Media 

  • Registration for the club fair will be announced on Instagram (@uarizonaclubs). The clubs and organizations team will also post a list of all clubs and organizations participating in the event. 
  • Tag us in your stories and you can be featured our Instagram page (@uarizonaclubs)! #uarizonaclubs
