This is an opportunity for businesses and organizations to showcase their products and services to students, families, and our University of Arizona community.
Vendor Fair dates are September 3, 2025 and January 28, 2026 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on the University of Arizona Mall. Some of our past vendors include Dave & Buster’s, The Loft Cinema, Raising Cane's, Boxing Fit University, and Fry’s Food Store–just to name a few. Vendor participation is ideal for any business that wants to increase their presence and name recognition within the large population at the University of Arizona.
The beginning of the year is a very active time for students seeking opportunities to connect with the greater Tucson community as they integrate into our campus community.

Pricing includes (1) table, (2) chairs, and parking for (1) vehicle. Tents not available but you may bring your own. Additional fees may apply if requesting additional equipment or bringing a display vehicle indicated on the Vendor Fair Agreement. | |||
Vendor Fair Registration opens Tuesday, July 1st! To participate, you must complete the Vendor Agreement and Sign Additional Information Form by Saturday, August 16th at 5:00 PM. Priority will be given on a first-come first-served basis.
- Do I need to provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Only if you are providing food/beverage samples or displaying a vehicle.
- What are the University's Insurance Requirements?

How do I make payment?
Payments can be made via credit card online or check. Once registered, you will receive an invoice and instructions for payment.
