Room & Course Scheduling
In order to reserve a room in any of the academic buildings on campus, you must submit first submit a Room Reservation Application online. Only the President or Treasurer may do so, and all requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
In order to reserve a room in the Student Union Memorial Center, the president or treasurer must fill out and turn in the Room Reservation Form to the Event Planning office located on the third floor of the Student Union.
Student organizations are able to create and maintain e-mail lists (listservs). If you would like to create an e-mail list for your organization, please have your advisor use the link below to create one on behalf of your club.
Do you want to have a table on the mall to hand out materials or host an event in an outdoor space on campus? Visit Mall Scheduling located directly behind the Student Union Information Desk to fill out a tabling or event form. Tabling forms available only in office.
