House Bill 2178 mandates that universities under the jurisdiction of the Arizona Board of Regents provide students who pay tuition and fees the opportunity to direct their pro rata share of student fees away from organizations of their choosing.  

2024 - 2025 Implementation Process

1. Friday, January 10, 2025: Recognition deadline for clubs to be eligible for ASUA Club Funding. 
2. Friday, January 17, 2025: Qualtrics form goes live for submissions. 
3. Friday, January 24, 2025: Qualtrics submissions due. 
4. Monday, January 27, 2025: ASUA club funding applications open in CampusGroups. 
5. Thursday, January 30, 2025 @ 2pm: ASUA club funding applications close
6. Tuesday, February 4, 2025: first ASUA club funding appropriations meeting
