Room & Course SchedulingTo reserve a room in any of the academic buildings on campus, you must first submit a Room Reservation Application online. Only the President or Treasurer may do so, and all requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. |

Event PlanningTo reserve a room in the Student Union Memorial Center, the president or treasurer must fill out and turn in the Room Reservation Form to the Event Planning office located on the fourth floor of the Student Union. |

ListservsStudent organizations are able to create and maintain e-mail lists (listservs). If you would like to create an e-mail list for your organization, please have your advisor use the link below to create one on behalf of your club. |
