Emily Lamb

My name is Emily Lamb, and I am a junior studying Environmental Science. I have always loved the outdoors and have dedicated my life to environmental and agricultural stewardship in order to protect the world that provides for us. As Senator for the College of Agriculture and Life Science, my main goal would be to continue this desire for stewardship within my college. CALS is a very large college that represents a diverse set of majors, as well as a variety of different educational desires. As Senator, I would focus on creating a greater sense of community within CALS, and making a large college seem smaller. I want to provide personalized assistance to every person in CALS, wether they desire more internship opportunities, a better relationship with the Tucson community, or an increased alumni network to help advise students. I truly believe that we should foster a space where each individual feels important and like their needs are being met.
