As a representative of the prestigious Eller College of Management, the most important value that will be driving my decisions would be integrity. Like Karl Eller said, "Make integrity your moral compass." I want to help each and every member of the community to expand their potential and be a key resource for them throughout the process. I would be able to give suggestions and help them succeed not only professionally as well as personally. Another key aspect of my duties would be striving for representation and diversity. As a woman of color myself, I want implement strategies and initiatives that promote inclusion within the Eller family. I want to hear from all how can I add the most value to their college experience. I aim to be approachable so that people know that voices are being heard and they can always reach out with any and every questions. I truly believe that we have an amazing family at Eller, and we can help each other to the best versions of ourselves.
