Hey folks! My name is Elizabeth Ghartey, and I'm your Senator for the College of Science. I'm a junior majoring in biochemistry, and I'm passionate about research and student involvement in all aspects of campus. I love connecting with other College of Science students through African Americans in the Life Sciences and MathCats, and through this position, I'm getting to meet many more! My goals as your Senator are to maximize your opportunities to conduct research or join internships, and to make your pursuit of grad school and careers more accessible. I also intend to work with cultural resource centers and student interest groups, so that your interests are as best represented on campus as possible. Let's chat!
