The University of Arizona Student Programs Vendor Fair is excited to work with your organization on the 2019 Wildcat Welcome Vendor Fair! The academic school year starts on August 26, 2019. Vendor Fair will be your first opportunity to showcase your business or organization to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Arizona. The Vendor Fair will take place on August 26th & August 27th, which are the first two days of classes, from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm at the University of Arizona Mall. Some of our past Sponsors and Vendors include NextCare Urgent Care, Sprint, Arizona Milk Producers, Gentle Ben’s, and Tucson Electric Power, just to name a few.
Vendor participation is ideal for any business that wants to increase their presence and name recognition within the large population at the University of Arizona.
In order for you to participate, you will need to complete and return your Vendor Agreement with payment and sign and return the Policies and Additional Information form by Friday, August 12, 2019 by 5:00 PM. Priority will be given on a first come first served basis. Once your agreement, payment, and forms are received you will be sent a confirmation letter with the event space location and instructions one week prior to the event.

To register for the Vendor Fair please download and complete the Vendor Participation form HERE. Once completed please email, fax, or mail the participation agreement to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Insurance will be required for food and vehicle displays. Requirements are outlined HERE.
