In the last year I have had the privilege of serving as the Student Body Senator, where since my original inauguration date I have served on a variety of boards, commissions, and committees. Each working to advocate, support, and grow programs and initiatives to better the student experience, while promoting a successful and flourishing environment for wildcats, both academically and socially.

As a student of hispanic decent, a member of the LGBT community, and a peer that is self-supporting. I would like to continue my advocacy of our diverse student body. With immense focus on the following...

Civic Engagement: Voter Registration, Voting, 2020 Census, and Legislation.

Equity vs. Equality: Working with key administrative officials to tailor to each and every individual of our student population: academically, professionally, and financially.

Student Engagement: Working with key administration to address the decline of student participation in all that the University of Arizona has to offer. Addressing the decline in marketing strategies within student government, engaging freshman to pave way for leadership opportunity early on and more. In addition, working with campus partners to create outreach opportunities for prospective wildcats interest in student government, or the many organizations we offer on campus.
